BEHAVIORAL DATA SCIENCERESEARCH LAB
The entire run so far, not just the last 3 hours. Zoom and pan any plot. Data is decimated to about one point per minute and refreshed a couple of times a day.
The rig is under constant room light, so this is descriptive clock-hour activity — any rhythm reflects the worm's own cycle or lab disturbance, not a light schedule. The shaded band is the 95% confidence interval across days; with only a few days it's wide, and because the activity bursts land at different clock times on different days it can't yet claim a consistent daily rhythm. It tightens as more days accumulate.
A "bout" is an unbroken run of moving or of resting. Log scale, so each step is ~3× longer.
